We love a new take on wings, and Hot Ginger hot sauce adds a delicious, unique kick to an old favorite.
Prepare chicken wings (or vegan wings) your favorite way (grilled, baked, breaded) and toss in Hot Ginger after cooking for the most delicious heat to come through. Or, add a little honey and soy sauce with the Hot Ginger if you want a little less heat but still delicious flavor.
One of our favorite ways is smoking the wings before grilling them. See the method for these wings below!
Toss wings in pepper, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne
Smoke at 225°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes
Preheat grill to medium heat
Toss smoked chicken in 2 TBS Hot Ginger hot sauce
Oil grate of grill and grill wings for 5 minutes (or until chicken wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F)
Toss in soy sauce and more Hot Ginger to taste
