Everything You Need to Know
Do you bring the food for sampling?
No — and that's by design. Your venue or caterer provides the food, which means it fits seamlessly into whatever they're already serving. We bring the sauces, the hosting, and the experience. You just need a table area set aside for us.
How much space do you need?
A standard 6-foot table is ideal. We've set up in cocktail spaces, conference reception areas, hotel ballroom foyers, and outdoor terraces. As long as there's a flat surface and space for guests to gather, we'll make it work.
What's included in the $1,000 package?
Everything — 100 TSA-friendly mini flasks each filled with a local Nashville hot sauce, the full 2-hour hosted bar experience, 8–12 curated sauces on the bar, live hosting, and our branded signage. One price, no surprises.
We have more than 100 guests — can you accommodate?
Absolutely. Additional guests above 100 are $10 each, which includes a mini flask for every person. Just let us know your headcount when you reach out.
How does the custom label option work?
For $150 we'll put your logo or artwork on every flask label. If you have a designer, we'll send you our template and they can handle it. If you'd rather just send us a logo file, we'll take care of the rest. Either way works.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 2–3 weeks, especially during Nashville's busy conference season in spring and fall. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — reach out and we'll tell you what's available.
Do you travel outside Nashville?
The Hot Sauce Bar is based in Nashville, TN, and designed for local events. For events outside the Nashville area, reach out and we can discuss options.

We curate the lineup to ensure a great range of heat levels and flavor profiles. If you have specific requests or want to feature particular Nashville brands, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.
