Refund & Return Policy
At Hot Sauce Nashville, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
- Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: Due to the nature of our food products, all items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Merchandise: Apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts) must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at spicy@hotsaucenashville.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
