Was never a hot sauce guy but a friend from Nashville gifted me a bottle and I use it on eggs every time and what a nice refreshing change from ketchup ( a NYC thing). Not too hot, lots of flavor and the tangy-ness brings you back. Was happy to order another bottle.

I made a chicken enchilada homemade pizza with this hot green as the base. Chefs kiss. I love this green on any tacos too
This Hot Green sauce is one of my favorites. It goes with everything!!
The flavor is good, but it is not very hot. This would be better as a salsa instead of a hot sauce.
